Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

This policy keeps return handling clear for both procurement teams and operations.

Return Eligibility

Standard return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition unless defect-related.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required before shipping items back.

Custom, special-order, hazardous, clearance, and opened consumable items may be non-returnable unless required by law.

Restocking fees or return freight deductions may apply when return cause is not seller error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or account credit after returned goods are inspected.

Eligible exchanges follow the same RMA flow and are subject to current inventory availability.
