Renewal Terms

Recurring programs renew on the cadence selected at enrollment (for example weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

Pre-Renewal Visibility

Order cadence, next renewal date, and applicable pricing are shown in account controls when available.

Cancellation Window

  • Recurring programs can be canceled any time before the next renewal is processed.
  • Cancellation requests made after processing apply to the subsequent cycle.

Failed or Declined Payments

If payment fails, we may retry payment using a limited retry schedule before pausing the recurring program.

Program Changes

We may adjust recurring program mechanics for fraud prevention, inventory reliability, or legal compliance and will reflect material changes in this policy.
